change ISBN links to go through Amazon primarily, and do Amazon Associates (with disclosure, like AndyMc does); also go through redir.pl
move assorted links, including "Interesting links" from main page to Wiki
move Friends section from main page to Wiki
Can "Wiki" pages be indexed by Google? - yes, I think so
Put an "Edit" option at the top of the page, too.
